**Key Responsibilities**
* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Enter data into our system with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Collaborate with our team to ensure that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders
* Provide exceptional customer service and support
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and entry
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a health care or health insurance environment
* Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft suite
* Detail-oriented
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
