**Responsibilities**
As a Dental Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* **Answering Telephone Calls**: Respond to basic customer questions and/or forward to appropriate personnel, utilizing your knowledge and expertise on insurance and healthcare.
* **Processing Calls**: Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded by processing calls efficiently and effectively.
* **Recording Calls**: Document calls, process requests, and update account history with results of inquiry.
* **Collaborating with Team Members**: Interface with team members, management, and customers to resolve customer service issues.
* **Improving Processes**: Review and recommend modifications to procedures and workflow to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions.
* **Maintaining Composure**: Remain calm and composed in escalated situations.
* **Multitasking**: Operate accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities at one time.
* **Outbound Calls**: Conduct outbound calls to members in response to customer direction or other business needs.
**Qualifications**
To succeed as a Dental Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll need:
* **GED or High School Diploma**: Required, with some college preferred.
* **Experience in Dental Customer Support**: A minimum of six (6) months experience in a dental customer support capacity preferred.
* **Previous Experience in Inbound Customer Service**: 1 year of previous experience in a government or private sector inbound customer service center preferred.
* **Work-at-Home Experience**: Prior work-at-home experience desired.
* **Self-Management**: Comfortable working self-managed.
* **Typing Speed and Accuracy**: Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required.
* **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications.
* **Problem-Solving and Communication Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills to bring inquiries to effective resolution, and strong customer service skills with an emphasis on written and oral communication.
* **Teamwork and Emotional Intelligence**: Ability to understand your role on a team and identify the correct stakeholders to consult to resolve client inquiries, and manage emotions and maintain positive energy.
* **Passion for Meeting Goals**: Passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals.
**Work at Home Requirements**
To work from home as a Dental Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll need:
* **High-Speed Internet**: High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, no Wi-Fi, Satellite, or Cellular Hotspot or Cellular Internet.
* **Internet Speed**: Upload speed of 5 Mbps; Download speed of 50 Mbps.
* **ISP Stability**: The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss Latency under 100ms.
* **Cell Phone or Tablet**: An available cell phone or tablet and the ability to install our required 2FA software for Multifactor authentication on that device.
* **Equipment**: careerzynith will provide all or some of the equipment needed based on the employees' request.
