**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to join our AppleCare Support team in Austin, USA. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional results through data-driven insights. You'll lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that improve the performance of our global contact center support business.
**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth, optimize processes, and improve customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive business results

* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytics tools to support business decision-making
* Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leaders and other stakeholders

**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field
* Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field (desired)
* 3+ years of experience in business analytics, with a focus on data analysis, process optimization, and business growth
* Proven experience with SQL and Tableau (or similar data visualization tools)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with Python (or similar programming languages) and data manipulation tools (desired)
