**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and mentor a team of DVC Cast Individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure they're equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and projects.
* Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including DVC Partners and DVC Advisers.
* Ensure compliance with Disney policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
**Essential Capabilities**
* 2+ years of experience in business operations, customer support, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of the sales cycle, including client engagement and conversion processes.
* Ability to lead and direct team performance, driving functional improvements and enhancements.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Proficiency in using various software applications, including video conferencing tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, as well as Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee development.

* 2+ years of experience as a Visitor Experience Manager.
* Knowledge of Walt Disney World strategies and techniques.
