As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, handling high-volume calls, and ensuring seamless data entry and processing. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and possess excellent communication and technical skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize careerzynith's remedy information entry methodology and rules processes to accurately enter patient and medication data into our systems. * Handle patient medicine requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing. * Investigate and resolve missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settle all data entry-related exceptions. * Handle correspondence with patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis. * Resolve Outside Exceptions by researching, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as per individual case requirements. * Settle phone calls to healthcare providers and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outside Exceptions. * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary. * Obtain a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain a valid pharmacist license or certification. **Work Environment and Culture** As a Call Center Representative at careerzynith, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
