**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, delivering an exceptional customer experience that's second to none. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and helping them navigate the complex world of health insurance. **Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Manage customer accounts, update records, and perform data entry tasks as required
* Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns to senior team members when necessary
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and informed support to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience

**Requirements**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 35 mb/s and a dedicated workspace
**Preferred Qualifications**
