**The Role**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, you will be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them navigate the complexities of the insurance industry. You will be responsible for delivering quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers, working closely with our team to ensure that every interaction is a positive one.
**Responsibilities**
* Deliver quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers
* Work diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalate to appropriate level when necessary
* Convey information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately in order to meet the needs of the customer
* Strive for first call resolution in order to provide "best in class" service
* Stay current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met
* Meet department standards and guidelines, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer
**Qualifications/Skill Sets**
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
* Dedicated to providing a positive customer experience
* Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
* Strong technical background/ability to multi-task in several systems at once
* Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications
* Accountable and reliable
* Property/Casualty Insurance License required
* High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
* 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired. Customer Service experience required
* Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
* Remote working experience a plus
* Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills

**Compensation**
* Starting pay ranges from $20 - $21.50/hour based on the candidate's experience, education
* Hours of M-F and some weekends and holidays
* In addition to regular hourly pay, there is an annual Performance Bonus Potential
**Work Environment**
* This position is either Hybrid (3days in office/2 days at home) if one lives near careerzynith office location or 100% work from home if outside of careerzynith office location.
