Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Overnight Loan Approvals and Customer Support

You'll be responsible for performing approvals of consumer loans, making payment arrangements, and providing exceptional customer support to our clients. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Make outbound and receive inbound calls to communicate with customers and potential clients * Consistently and accurately document all information pertaining to accounts, using basic business math to solve problems * Speak clearly, concisely, and effectively, listening to and understanding information and ideas as presented verbally * Maintain a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism when speaking to customers * Follow written and/or verbal instructions, working within the laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures * Process card payments accurately and perform the initial approval of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications through multiple software systems * Review applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loan, following up with customers to clarify important points * Finalize loan details and keep customers informed of rules and obligations * Remain up to speed regarding lending and other financial services, creating and renewing records as needed * Identify customer needs, exploring all options available to customers * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and change quickly with the needs of the company * Ability to multi-task by speaking with customers and typing notes simultaneously * Meet monthly individual goals as set by management **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in customer service or a related field preferred * Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate tense situations * Proficient with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems * Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision **Preferred Qualifications** * Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or finance * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field * Proficient use of MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and cloud-based storage * Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment **Technical Skills** * Proficient use of MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook * Proficient user of the Internet and cloud-based storage * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools **Working Conditions / Physical Demands** * Must be able to sit for long periods of time, talking and listening constantly * Sitting for extended periods of time * Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (remote after initial 1-week training period) * Fully remote after initial 1-week training period (training will be 8am-5pm M-F during 1st week) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
