**Job Overview**
As a full stack customer service representative with careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support services to clients across various industries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Interacting with customers primarily through inbound phone calls, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns
* Providing accurate and timely information to customers, while also escalating complex issues to senior representatives when necessary
* Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

**Schedule and Earnings**
As a contractor with careerzynith, you will have the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your needs, while also ensuring that you are available to work during client hours of operation. **Contractual Relationship**
As a contractor with careerzynith, you will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with us. We will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with careerzynith. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against careerzynith hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
