**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations, drive sales, and exceed customer expectations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling voids, returns, and exchanges as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to careerzynith standards
* Build and maintain displays, including special, seasonal, and promotional displays
* Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and restocking
* Provide support with photo services, including digital ID photo services and banner printing
* Take on web order responsibilities, including processing orders and delivering packages to customers
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming store environment
* Adhere to all careerzynith policies and procedures, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
* Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6 months of experience in a retail environment
* Previous experience with careerzynith or a similar company
* Familiarity with careerzynith systems and store hardware
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
