With a strong focus on process improvement, risk management, and compliance, we're constantly seeking ways to enhance our services and stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing business landscape. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading unique initiatives to drive finance upgrades and combinations across various teams. Your key responsibilities will include: * Performing risk assessments and process investigations, focusing on proactive risk identification and suggesting risk-mitigation activities * Creating, modifying, and maintaining the functional and operational viability of finance processes and controls * Participating in the SOX 302 quarterly certifications process * Providing warnings on Controllership-related matters to Finance partners * Coordinating with teams across IT, HR, Finance, and Accounting to ensure that recommended procedures are followed and executed **We're Looking for Someone to Join Our Team in One of the Following Locations:** * Pasay City, PHL **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * BS/BA degree in accounting/finance/trade or related field * 4+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, with project management experience * Experience in internal controls planning or execution * Ability to simultaneously manage multiple competing needs * Strong written and verbal communication skills **Desirable Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Big 4 or similar review/business controls experience * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, and other formulas) * Strong interpersonal skills, including engaging written and oral communication skills * Team-oriented with the ability to work across global teams **Favored Qualifications** If you have experience handling finance and approving finance inputs through yield, or have a Controllership foundation and earlier internal review experience, that would be a significant advantage. **Your Future Starts Here** At careerzynith, we're committed to providing our employees with a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
