**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our customer listening team, you will play a critical role in helping us to understand the voice of our customers and drive business outcomes through data-driven decision making. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for our customer listening platform
* Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our voice of the customer (VOC) methodology and leveraging this knowledge to drive business outcomes
* Designing and building robust data models to support data processing and standardized metric definitions
* Developing and delivering innovative solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python
* Providing guidance on best practices to drive efficiency in computing programs using large data ecosystems
* Powering customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and building automation tools
* Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for our customer listening platform
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our voice of the customer (VOC) methodology and leverage this knowledge to drive business outcomes
* Design and build robust data models to support data processing and standardized metric definitions
* Develop and deliver innovative solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python
* Provide guidance on best practices to drive efficiency in computing programs using large data ecosystems
* Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and building automation tools
* Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
**Essential Qualifications**
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
* Ability to collaborate with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence
* Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services
* Experience with agile project management methodologies
