We're committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth, and we're excited to welcome like-minded individuals to our team. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Registering sales on assigned cash registers, providing customers with courteous, truthful, pleasant, and efficient checkout experiences * Engaging customers and resolving issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills * Fostering a unique and beautiful customer experience by sharing best practices with colleagues and adhering to careerzynith's customer service standards * Recommending products to customers and promoting trade-up and/or companion products * Registering customer purchases on assigned cash registers, collecting cash, and distributing change as requested * Maintaining counters and shelves in a smooth and well-merchandised state, taking inventory and completing tasks as required * Implementing agency asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce earnings loss * Ensuring compliance with local and national laws concerning regulated products * Constructing and maintaining displays, promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise, and completing resets and revisions as directed * Assisting with the separation of food products and product placement according to policies and procedures * Providing customer support in the photo location, including virtual passport image services, poster print, and innovative machine services * Assuming net pickup obligations, monitoring orders in Photo Care Plus, filling orders, and providing orders to customers as they arrive at the store * Assisting with outdoor and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store environment * Complying with all careerzynith policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues, and completing unique assignments and other responsibilities as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours **Preferred Qualifications** * Six months of experience in a retail environment * Prior experience with careerzynith * Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and provide exceptional customer service * Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash registers and other retail technology * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
