As a key member of our customer support and data management team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, managing data entry, and driving business growth. This is a full-time remote position, requiring a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist customers and other consultants via phone, email, and web with billing/insurance questions, products, or services * Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and effective communication * Identify and resolve customer issues, providing medical advice when necessary * Provide technical support to customers while browsing pharmacy.careerzynith.com * Assist with customer inquiries regarding their insurance and payment, as well as shipping needs * Serve customers in a timely manner, ensuring a positive experience and building long-term relationships * Collaborate with the team to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction **Eligibility Criteria** * High school diploma or equivalent * More than 6 months of professional experience working with computers and web applications * Experience in multitasking and phone and computer skills * Wired broadband internet connection from DSL, cable, or fiber to the home (Fios or fiberoptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload * Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two week notices * Ability to work in a private, home environment free of distractions and able to fully concentrate on the client during business hours **Preferred Qualifications** * 1+ years of customer service experience via phone or email * Good communication (verbal and written) skills * Experience working in customer service or call center * Experience working in a healthcare environment * Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment and meeting productivity and quality standards * Demonstrated ability to work in a team **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and quality standards * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
