**Job Description**
As an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:
Key Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional patient experience by greeting patients, offering assistance with items and services, and resolving patient issues in a timely manner.
- Models and offers client support best practices with all colleagues to deliver a unique and cheerful experience, including relational behaviors that demonstrate care (e.g., welcoming, eye-to-eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and careerzynith service qualities (e.g., showing interest to identify needs and proactively helping, upgrading until satisfied, advocating compassion and inclusivity, etc.).
- Associates with patients by anticipating needs and proactively offering services. Upholds efforts on upgrading patient experience by expanding familiarity with healthcare services presented through careerzynith (e.g., patient counseling, prescription administration, drug treatment audits, and performing clinical, or health services like vaccinations, diagnostic testing, and patient results services) subsequently advancing the shift of the careerzynith pharmacy job from transactional to relational.
- Participates and aids events that mirror the exceptional communities we serve as mentioned by Head supervisor, Healthcare Boss, Region Director or Pharmacy Administrator.
- Advises patients and answers their inquiries regarding the use of medication, side effects, interactions, contraindications, patient data security, generics, more affordable medications, over-the-counter items, and refers to clinical supplier depending on the situation to ensure medication is taken accurately, health needs are addressed, and satisfaction with service.
- Performs pharmacy tasks including compounding, drug treatment audits, check, and medication management.
- Reviews, interprets, and accurately administers prescribed medications when required by responsibility.
- Ensures the pharmacy operates according to guidelines, organization policies and standards. Helps pharmacy administrator with establishing strategies that advance the efficient workflow of the pharmacy including delegating tasks, planning activities, and requesting colleague suggestions. Responsible for the opening and closing of the pharmacy and shift change responsibilities.
- Ensures the utilization of all components of the Honest Intentions Dispensing strategy related to state and government controlled substance regulations while filling prescriptions. The Item Audit/Retail Fill Cycle Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring that components of Pure Intentions are available.
- Keeps up-to-date knowledge on data technology related to pharmacy systems including workflow, prescription fulfillment, billing, clinical documentation, training, stock management, and retail location registers to offer assistance to patients as well as pharmacy staff. Seeks new and better ways of encouraging advance efficiency.
- Ensures the accurate handling of insurance claims to resolve patient issues and prevent payment denials. Circles back to insurance agency and clinical suppliers and participates in external review.
- Circles back to clinical suppliers' offices to explain prescribed medications, doses, refills, interactions, and aversions to propose alternative medications, and answer clinical supplier questions.
- Performs clinical and health services, such as vaccinations, diagnostic testing, disease state management, and other healthcare services.
- Assists and supports the pharmacy administrator in examining performance data including pharmacy financial, customer service, and execution of strategies for pharmacy resource management and stock management.
- Creates and maintains good relationships with local healthcare community including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers. Participates in community outreach activities to promote the pharmacy business, enhance learning experiences, and give happier lives through better health.
- Accompanies unified support for patient enrollment, exemption resolution, and helps with resolving patient issues. In virtual conditions, conducts virtual item audit by keeping explicit organization methods and rules.
Individuals and Performance Management
- Assists the Pharmacy Administrator with staff hiring and training. Develops the course of Pharmacy Supervisor in staff performance by training, and giving productive feedback, checking customer service, and encouraging colleague development.
- Advances collaboration and inspires colleagues by establishing expectations, screens and recognizes progress, and encourages a common vision.
Training and Self-Awareness
- Keeps up-to-date knowledge and required permitting/credentialing/verification as laid out by government and state regulations to offer such clinical types of assistance.
- Keeps up-to-date knowledge and skills connected with pharmacy and healthcare by reading pharmacy-related journals, organization publications, and communications. Keeps up with attention to advancements in retail and management and pursues accepted procedures that would improve performance.
- Acquires vital certifications, education credits, and training, including learning modules, as required by the Organization.
- Looks for professional development by observing one’s performance, requests for valuable feedback, and use pharmacy chief and head supervisor as tutor and mentor.

Essential Capabilities
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an authorized educational institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the region.
- Experience performing prescription dispensing exercises that show serious areas of strength for an information on pertinent state and government controlled substance regulations.
- Verified Immunizer or able to become an immunizer in at least 90 days of hire.
Preferred Capabilities
- No less than 2-year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and check, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance.
