As a key member of our operations support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional data entry services, office clerical support, and administrative assistance to our teams and clients. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: * **Data Entry**: Enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * **Report Assembly**: Assemble reports, reconciling data and ensuring consistency. * **Clerical Duties**: Perform filing, copying, faxing, and other clerical duties as assigned. * **Communication**: Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and support. * **Other Duties**: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including special projects and tasks. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * **Organizing and Prioritizing Skills**: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. * **Attention to Detail and Accuracy**: Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in data entry and reporting. * **Data Entry Experience**: 1 year of data entry experience in operations or a similar service environment, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm. * **Office Clerk Experience**: 1 year of office clerk experience, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols. * **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with various departments and stakeholders. * **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * **Microsoft Excel Experience**: 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of formulas, functions, and data analysis. * **Recycling Experience**: Experience in recycling or sustainability initiatives, although not necessary. **Physical Demands** As a remote worker, you'll need to be able to work independently and manage your time effectively.
