We're now seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Customer360 Group, supporting Salesforce applications that provide a 360-degree perspective on our customers and their Southwest process.

About the Role

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll play a critical role in driving the future of careerzynith's innovation. You'll work closely with our dynamic and growing team to utilize your technical skills to improve the customer experience by providing more ways for customers to interact with careerzynith through customized self-service experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** * Apply knowledge and skills of software development and testing to tackle a range of issues * Influence information to illuminate technical and non-technical requirements to apply to business area basics * Maintain understanding of current technologies or software practices through ongoing training, reading, or participation in professional meetings, workshops, or gatherings * Investigate program and system breakdowns to restore normal operation across conditions, including production * Assess code to ensure that it is valid, is properly organized, and meets industry standards * Investigate customer requirements and software prerequisites to determine feasibility of design within time and cost requirements * Contribute to team-level technical discussions and decisions and identify valuable opportunities for team improvement * Follow agile delivery cycles to drive work and has a need to keep moving about getting work done * May perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Managers **Information, Abilities, and Competencies:** * Proficient knowledge of software development systems, practices, concepts, and technologies * Ability to apply knowledge and skills of software development and testing to tackle a range of issues * Proficient knowledge of at least one required programming language * Ability to communicate and negotiate with other Innovation or partner teams * Ability to investigate large, complex, and ambiguous business or technical issues, articulating the issue or underlying driver, and translating the analysis into actionable solution recommendations * Ability to take on multiple tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining an effective level of completion in all accountable work * Ability to create, present, and effectively communicate ideas and procedures to various audiences **Education:** * Required: High School Diploma or GED * Required: Four-year degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Systems, or related field; or equivalent conventional training **Experience:** * Required: Section-level experience, creating skills, and knowledge in computer programming **Physical Abilities:** * Ability to perform work duties from a limited space workstation/office area for extended periods * Ability to communicate and cooperate with others in the English language to fulfill the needs of the job * Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with adequate speed and accuracy to satisfy the needs of the job **Other Capabilities:** * Should maintain a well-groomed appearance per Organization appearance standards as portrayed in established rules * Should be a U.S. citizen or have approval to work in the US as characterized by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 * Should be at least 18 years old * Should be able to comply with Organization participation standards as depicted in established rules **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive market pay from $84,350.00 per year to $93,700.00 per year* depending on qualifications and experience * For qualified Initiative and individual giver jobs, extra opportunities are available and granted at the discretion of the organization * Benefits you'll love: + Fly for free, as an honor, on any open seat on every Southwest flight (your qualified dependents as well) + Southwest will help store your 401(k) retirement savings with Organization contributions up to 9.3% of your qualified earnings** + Potential for yearly ProfitSharing contribution in the Southwest Retirement Savings Plan-when Southwest benefits, you profit*** + Serious health insurance for yourself as well as your qualified dependents (including pets) + Southwest offers health plan inclusion choices that begin from the absolute first day of business.
