**Job Summary**
We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Strategic Customer Representative to join our Industrial Climate Control division. The position can sit out of either Houston or Beaumont and will have a territory that covers the Western Gulf Coast. As a Strategic Customer Representative, you will increase market share within a select group of customers and high-profile job sites by increasing product awareness, efficiency of the corporate account office, and managing the corporate accounts office. This role will also serve a mentor/liaison capacity in the overall go-to-market sales strategy, coordinating efforts between the OSR, Branch Manager, DM, RSD, and RVP.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Rent specialty HVAC products and solutions towards Industrial, Manufacturing, & Petrochemical Market Segments
* Management of customer relationships and account development
* Serve in a leadership/mentor capacity to the OSR sales force
* Make office and field visits to build on or create new relationships
* Discuss upcoming jobs and equipment requirements
* Assist in the bidding process
* Act as a resource for local and national information
* Investigate and resolve any issues including contract, invoice, service, etc.
* Identify new customers
* Meet with the customer to identify their needs
* Review the customer's account with accounts receivable on a monthly basis and resolve any issues
**Essential Qualifications**
* Knowledge of construction & maintenance phases & schedules, Power & HVAC equipment applications, and industry trends
* At least four years previous sales management experience
* Working alongside colleagues from all careerzynith divisions to enhance the customer experience and leverage internal customer relationships
* Customer service experience required
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with effective supervisory skills
* Ability to lift, bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, and kneel
* Computer literate, including Windows, Adobe Acrobat, and the Microsoft Office suite of products
**Preferred Qualifications**
* HVAC sales and/or rental experience
* Related experience may include: District Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Sales and Marketing Vice President, Sales Director, Sales Manager, Sales Representative, Sales Supervisor, Sales Vice President, Store Manager

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Total compensation package includes base pay plus robust commission plan.
* Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
