**Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling when required
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a healthcare setting)
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 words per minute
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure that you have a stable and secure internet connection, we require the following:
* Minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps
* Minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
* ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
* Proof of internet speed required
* Clean and quiet workspace
