**About the Role**
We're seeking a motivated, energetic insurance professional to join our team. As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Delivering Exceptional Service**: Grow our agency through value-based conversations and remarkable customer service to existing members
* **Attention to Detail**: Possess keen attention to detail in all customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* **Collaboration**: Work with our agents to establish and meet cross-sell and customer service goals
* **Strong Work Ethic**: Exhibit a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations
* **Sales and Service**: Position will be approximately 90% service, 10% sales, with a focus on building long-term relationships with our clients
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Insurance Customer Service Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* **Willingness to Learn**: A genuine desire to learn and be teachable, with a willingness to adapt to new situations and challenges
* **Multi-Tasking**: Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* **Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License**: A valid Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License is required for this role
