We are committed to providing our clients with world-class service, and we are looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Total Compensation Package** Our total compensation package includes: * Annual Base Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year * Commission and Bonus Opportunities * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Simple IRA * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Hands-on Training * Mon-Fri Schedule * Career Growth Opportunities * Fun and Friendly Work Environment **Responsibilities** As an Insurance Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Answering phones and greeting walk-in clients with a polite and professional manner * Assisting current customers with service-related tasks, including but not limited to processing payments, making changes to existing policies, troubleshooting billing questions, and assisting with the claims process * Assisting the sales team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience * Having an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude * Asking each customer for referrals and recommendations * Treating each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity, including financial products (commissions available for any sales completed by the CSR!) * Maintaining client relationships with follow-up phone calls * Scheduling appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers * Managing and maintaining a positive office environment and performing any other office-related tasks **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A valid Property & Casualty Insurance License * A minimum of 1 year of P&C Industry Experience * A proven track record of dependability and reliability – showing up to work as scheduled, on time * A desire to want to help educate others on insurance – how and why it's important to have the proper coverage * An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude * Great self-starter with a sense of urgency * Ability to create relationships from a cold start and handle customer rejection * Ability to answer prospective clients' questions efficiently and effectively * Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-thru, and follow-up * Excellent Communication/Interpersonal skills **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications **Career Growth Opportunities** At careerzynith, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
