**Job Description**
As an Experienced Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and their patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Preparing and Assembling Medical Record Documentation/Charts**: You will be responsible for preparing and assembling medical record documentation and charts for physicians, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
* **Ensuring Medical Record Compliance**: You will ensure that all medical records are compliant with hospital and medical facility policies, including those relating to HIPAA and Joint Commission.
* **Updating Patient History and Physical Exam**: You will update patient history and physical exam information in the patient's medical record, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
* **Preparing and Sending Documentation to Physicians**: You will prepare and send all documentation to physicians for review and approval, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
