This hybrid position offers a unique blend of remote and in-office work, with a mix of 2/3 days on-site and off-site work. You will be responsible for assisting with various projects, including data entry, medical record retrieval, and report generation. If you're a numbers/data/excel savvy individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Project associate related duties: + Retrieve patient medical records from various Hospital systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + Generate and prepare patient itemized bills in appropriate formats for internal and external audits. + Extract and enter necessary information from/to Hospital patient accounting systems. + Make phone calls to Post Acute Healthcare Facilities to obtain information needed on patients. + Run and create reports to support revenue recovery efforts. + Assist with any other information gathering or data entry as needed by the recovery team. + Scan and index documents to ensure efficient storage and retrieval. * Collaborate with the Revenue Recovery Department team to ensure seamless project execution. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including registered nurses, coding professionals, and billing specialists. * Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in medical records management and revenue cycle management. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required;
