**Job Summary**
As an Online Chat Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients via live chat. You'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers on a daily basis and providing quick and accurate assistance to their queries. **Responsibilities**
As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

* **Maintaining a Positive Image**: Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image.
* **Providing Administrative Support**: Providing administrative support to the customer service team.
* **Assisting with Overflow Work**: May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed.
**Qualifications**
