**The Role**
As an Online Chat Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in providing quick and accurate assistance to customers visiting our clients' websites. **Key Responsibilities**
• **Answer Incoming Customer Live Chats**: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding website navigation, services, and general client concerns.
• **Evaluate Customer Interactions**: Assess customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
• **Create Relationships with New Customers**: Develop relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs.

• **Promote Interest in Client Products and Services**: Engage with customers to promote interest in client products and services.
