Experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative – Emergency Support and Remote Opportunity

You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a temporary opportunity for 12 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle emergency outages and provide exceptional support to customers during late-night hours * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Work closely with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions * Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction * Analyze customer data and identify trends to improve customer support and experience * Collaborate with our team to develop and implement process improvements * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Required Skills** * Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills to handle emergency outages and customer issues * Ability to complete in-person training during regular business hours before transitioning to night shift * Analytical and computer literate with proficiency in Excel and Word * 45 wpm typing and speaking on the phone simultaneously * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments * Prior experience in customer service or call center environment **Required Education and Experience** * High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred * 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience **Other Requirements** * Must be able to work extended hours or additional days depending on company needs * Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment * Must reside on Oahu by time of hire **Additional Job Details** * Pay: $30/hr * Shift: 10:00pm to 6:00am * Temporary for 12-months from hire * Opportunity to work from home with all necessary equipment provided * Training will take place in our client's Downtown Honolulu office **Benefits and Perks** * Competitive hourly rate of $30/hr * Opportunity to work from home with all necessary equipment provided * Ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Opportunity to work with a leading provider of innovative solutions and services **Work Environment and Culture** careerzynith is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
