As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to careerzynith members through phone and chat interactions. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability will enable you to navigate complex situations and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and/or member-facing chats, providing timely and accurate information regarding careerzynith services, products, and policies. * Determine member needs and offer personalized solutions, including resolving complex issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries. * Operate as a liaison between careerzynith customers, vendors, buying, and operations staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. * Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats, demonstrating proficiency in multitasking and technical skills. * Employ problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve order/product/delivery issues, providing a positive experience for careerzynith members. **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED preferred * Ecommerce Member Service Agent Certification after completion of 14-day training course * Previous customer service experience, with a strong background in providing exceptional service and resolving complex issues * Proficiency in typing (Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm) and excellent communication skills * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off **Preferred Qualifications** * Strong background in customer service, including excellent communication skills, prompt friendly service, and excellent follow-through * Ability to adapt and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Ability to take ownership and solve problems, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach * Ability to demonstrate learning and decision-making skills, with a willingness to grow and develop in the role * Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Bilingual capabilities a plus **careerzynith's Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion** careerzynith is an equal opportunity employer, committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
