About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including recommending and selling products that meet their needs.

- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
