**What you will be doing!**
As an Experienced Part-Time Ramp and Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
* **Providing exceptional customer service**: Create a positive start to a passenger's trip by greeting them with a smile and providing a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
* **Utilizing reservation/ticketing software**: Learn and utilize our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes while interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner
* **Loading, unloading, and sorting freight, mail, and baggage**: Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage in a safe manner while achieving on-time departures and arrivals
* **Operating company vehicles**: Cruise on the tarmac in our company vehicles while getting bags to their destination
* **Working in all weather conditions**: Enjoy the fresh air while working outside in all weather conditions

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **Physical ability**: Carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
* **Valid driver's license**: Possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver's license
* **Age requirement**: Be at least 18 years old
* **Education**: High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
