**Key Responsibilities:**
* Establish and maintain utility accounts with a high degree of accuracy and speed
* Verify account eligibility and accessibility, ensuring seamless customer experiences

* Assist with mailing billing statements and other notices generated in-house

**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or acceptable equivalency diploma (GED)
* Two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist
* Strong computer skills, typing, and accuracy, with the ability to pass testing for consideration
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment and independent thinking

**Preferred Qualifications:**
