**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part Time Seasonal Customer Service Representative - Ticket & Gate Operations, you'll be responsible for:
* Supporting the Customer Service (Ticket & Gate) team, ensuring that our customers receive world-class service
* Demonstrating strict adherence to uniform compliance, maintaining professionalism, and exhibiting a positive attitude inside and outside of work
* Greeting customers, guiding, and assisting them with the ticketing and baggage check-in process
* Using a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets
* Managing the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper documentation for travel
* Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts
* Practicing safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
* Assisting customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding
* Using computers to assist customers with seat availability, gate announcements regarding the boarding process, flight status, checking, and handling baggage
* Operating jet ways to place them in position prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
* Practicing safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures

**What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or GED equivalent
* Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority
* Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking, and styles
* Be at least 18 years of age
* Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 80 pounds
* Be authorized to live and work in the country you are applying to
* Possess entry-level computer skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
* Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Must be fluent, both written and orally, in English
* Must be fluent, both written and orally, in Spanish
