**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process transactions, including registering sales, handling returns and exchanges, and processing voids and discounts
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and keeping counters and floors clean
* Assist pharmacists with tasks such as entering patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions
* Perform administrative tasks, including processing manual cases for outside program remedy services and performing other duties as assigned
* Build and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special displays
* Assist with division of food items and product placement as determined by strategies and methods
* Provide customer support in the photo area, including digital identification photo service, banner print, and creative machine
* Take on web pick-up responsibilities, including screening orders and processing requests
* Assist with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-organized store condition and appearance
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree
* 1+ year of experience in a retail or customer service environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems and hardware
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 6+ months of experience in a retail environment
* Previous experience with Walgreens or a similar company
* Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
* Proficiency in PC skills and knowledge of store stock control
* PTCB certification
