* Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously
* Following established communication scripts to address various topics

* Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls
* Performing data entry and customer service tasks

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1 year of customer service or customer support experience

* Competitive hourly rate of $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & weekends)
* Possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
* Paid training (3 weeks in length, 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri CST)
* Full-time status with 40 hours per week
* Equipment provided option (equipment will be shipped to you for full-time permanent employees)
