Position Overview
We are hiring a full-time Associate Manager, Clinical Health Services to join our remote team. - Care Management Oversight: Manage resources responsible for member identification, care plan development and implementation, enhancement of clinical appropriateness and quality of care, and ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of care activities.
- Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and interpret data, identify areas for improvement, and focus on targeted interventions to enhance clinical and operational outcomes.
- Performance Management: Develop, initiate, evaluate, monitor, and communicate clear performance expectations for team members.

- An active and unrestricted RN (Registered Nurse) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) licensure in the state of residence.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, exercising sound judgment and self-direction.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
Careerzynith is proud to offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package designed to support the holistic well-being of our team members. The typical annual compensation range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000, depending on factors such as experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant considerations.
