As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Achieve Quality Assurance (QA) goals, including a minimum of 95% first-call resolution rate
* Adhere to Production measures, including time spent on calls, schedule adherence, and other key performance indicators
**Ideal Candidate Qualifications**
We're looking for individuals with:
* A strong focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional service
* Effective call handling skills and high levels of professionalism
* A strong ability to organize and prioritize work, meet strict deadlines, and effectively communicate with outside parties
* One to two years' experience working in a call center environment (preferably)
* Proficiency with Microsoft applications and the ability to learn software applications
* A High School graduate or equivalent
