As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a thriving team that values diversity, inclusivity, and growth. **Responsibilities:** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Assisting customers with billing inquiries and concerns, ensuring all account information is accurately documented and inputted into our client system * Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers, adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to your job duties * Assisting customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines * Utilizing exceptional communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals * Maintaining an average Inbound Handle Time, achieving Quality Assurance goals, and adhering to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc) **Key Results Areas:** * Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time * Achieve Quality Assurance goals * Adhere to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc) **Qualifications:** Ideal Candidate Qualifications: * High School graduate or equivalent required * Detail-oriented and able to organize and prioritize work, meeting strict deadlines * Effective communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with outside parties * Strong focus on exemplary shift attendance * Proficient with Microsoft applications, with the ability to learn software applications * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction **Technical Requirements:** * Broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up) * Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots) * Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload * Camera requirements: Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches) **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Paid training * Team-oriented work environment * Growth opportunity * Comprehensive benefits package available, including medical, dental, and vision, 401k retirement plan with employer matching, paid time off, and paid holidays! **Work Environment:** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be working from home, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life.
