Experienced Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – HVAC and Plumbing Industry Expert

Our commitment to excellence has earned us a reputation for delivering exceptional service, and we're now seeking talented individuals to join our team. **Job Role** As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll play a critical role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include: * Maintaining our customer database with accurate and up-to-date information * Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians * Routing technicians based on location to ensure timely and efficient service * Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team * Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and concerns **Schedule** * Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) * Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday) **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Previous call center experience (at least 1 year) * The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure * Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia * Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter information into our customer database (Service Titan) **Remote Work Requirements** To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you'll need to provide: * High-speed internet access * A quiet workspace with minimal background noise **Benefits and Culture** At careerzynith, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment.
