* Performing PCP Change/Provider Lookup to ensure seamless transitions for our clients' members or customers
* Looking up Medical Benefits, including benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, Prior Authorization pre-requisites, and coverage to provide accurate information and support
* Reviewing Ancillary Benefits, such as Dental, Vision, Over the Counter, etc., to ensure comprehensive understanding of our clients' offerings
* Processing claims inquiries, including handling billing and transaction history, premium inquiries, and making payments
* Answering enrollment/disenrollment inquiries, grievances/complaints, and managing LEP (Limited English Proficiency) inquires and disputes
* Assisting with material requests, such as ID cards, Large/Brail print materials, and catalogs
* Providing self-help options, including member portal access and local locations to pharmacies, OTC, and Specialist
* Utilizing strong written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, members, and internal stakeholders
**Experience Required for Your Success**
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* At least 18 months of call center experience, with a strong background in healthcare a plus
* Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment, with proficiency in software applications and systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to display empathy and care in all interactions
* A dedicated area to work from in your home, with a reliable internet connection (50 Mb/s download speed and 10 Mb/s upload speed required)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
