**Your Role in careerzynith**
As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
* Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
* Finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
* Calmly resolving and de-escalating any issues that may arise
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling when required
**Qualifications and Requirements**
