**Key Responsibilities**
As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently, managing customer accounts and providing technical support
* Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies, with a focus on creative problem-solving and adaptability
* Managing time and tasks effectively, with a high level of multitasking and task prioritization
* Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required; eligibility to proceed through training and certifications is dependent upon passing required exams
* Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Moderate to Advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
* High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable working from home, with a self-motivated and success-driven attitude

* Spanish Bilingual, with a high level of proficiency in both speaking and writing
**Preferred Experience**
While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish Bilingual skills, would also be a plus.
