**About careerzynith's Public Sector Deal Team**
careerzynith's Public Sector Deal Team is a high-performing team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to helping our public sector customers achieve their business outcomes through the adoption of careerzynith's cloud services. As a member of this team, you'll be working closely with C-level executives, IT, and various lines of business to identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities that drive growth and innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Engage with public sector customers on strategic, large, complex opportunities to increase the growth of careerzynith's Public Sector business and establish careerzynith as their key cloud technology provider
* Partner with AWS customers, AWS field sales, and other internal stakeholders to empower our customers to rapidly grow, address their challenges, and create innovative solutions
* Work with AWS Service teams on developing commercial business models that align with customer goals
* Earn trust with customers by creating an actionable strategy and structure for the opportunity that meets the customer's goals
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities that drive growth and innovation
* Develop and present technology use cases that demonstrate the value of careerzynith's cloud services to public sector customers
**Essential Qualifications**
* 10+ years of experience in a deals/sales environment working with teams on structuring of strategic, complex opportunities, and/or customer-facing in a solutions-oriented capacity
* 5+ years working in Public Sector (State & Local, Federal, Higher Education, and Contractors)
* BA or BS or equivalent experience
* Fluent English
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Advanced degree or equivalent relevant experience
* Direct field experience or knowledge of careerzynith products and services, including pricing and technical knowledge
* Demonstrated success in building and presenting technology use cases, ideally in careerzynith products and services
* Strong analytical and presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
* Understanding of competitive landscape and ability to provide deal guidance accordingly
* Cultivation of best practices through analysis and reporting in support of continuous improvement
* Working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. operations, legal, etc.) as necessary

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
* Competitive base pay ranging from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market
* Variable pay via a sales compensation plan that pays according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives
