**Job Summary**
As a Talent Manager – Administrative & Customer Service, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication, site visits, and networking events
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
* Recruiting, interviewing, and matching highly skilled industry professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities
* Managing ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
* Providing ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates
* Participating in local trade association and networking events to increase careerzynith's presence in the local business community
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication, site visits, and networking events
* Recruit, interview, and match highly skilled industry professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities
* Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
* Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates
* Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase careerzynith's presence in the local business community
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates
**Qualifications**
* Degree preferred
* 1+ years industry experience preferred
* 2+ years' experience with Business Development in a Metrics-Driven environment
* At least one year of success in developing new business in a multi-call, multi-decision maker environment
* Prior success marketing to and closing top-level decision makers at small/medium-sized businesses and cultivating mutually beneficial long-term relationships
* Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce)
* Knowledge and familiarity with industry department operations
* Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
* Competitive salary range: $65,000 to $72,000
