**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Virtual Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* **Customer Service**: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries and addressing client issues or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* **Travel Booking and Planning**: Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries, and research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget.
* **Administrative Support**: Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with other team members, as well as preparing and maintaining documentation, reports, and presentations as required.

**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Proven Experience**: Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
* **Travel Booking and Planning Experience**: Experience with travel booking and planning is a plus, but not required.
