* Carefully entering customer profiles, order records, invoice details, and product specifications into our CRM and proprietary databases.
* Double-checking and correcting any data inconsistencies, aiming for near-perfect accuracy on every entry.
* Organizing incoming digital files, including spreadsheets, scanned forms, email attachments, and applying clear, consistent naming conventions.
* Communicating with colleagues through Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom to clarify any unclear or missing data points.
* Running regular validation checks using our software tools to catch and resolve discrepancies before they become issues.
