The Opportunity

As an careerzynith Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. You'll be part of our Cornerstone Brands team, which includes careerzynith, careerzynith, and careerzynith. Our customer service specialists answer inbound customer calls, working from the comfort of their own homes. Your primary goal will be to problem-solve and assist customers with their orders and accounts, ensuring a personalized experience for each caller.

Your Training Schedule

As a new careerzynith Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll undergo an 8-week training program, Monday - Friday, from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm ET or 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm ET.

Your Work Schedule

After completing your training, you'll work a set part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, with 5-day work schedules, working 4-hour set shifts. Your schedule will include one weekend day and one weekday off.
