As an Associate Producer for Global Events, you will play a critical role in the planning and execution of high-impact brand experiences. This role is designed for someone with 3–5 years of experience in events or experiential marketing who excels at operational execution, production coordination, and managing the many moving pieces that bring complex programs to life. You will work closely with Directors and Senior Producers to support major client programs for global tech brands, helping ensure every detail is organized, every timeline stays on track, and every event is executed flawlessly. This role is ideal for someone who loves the operational engine of event production and is excited to grow within a high-performing experiential team.

Minimum Pay
USD $65,000.00/Yr.
Maximum Pay
USD $75,000.00/Yr.

What You'll Do
Support the day-to-day production and execution of multiple experiential programs by maintaining timelines, deliverables, and project documentation that keep teams aligned and projects moving forward
Build, maintain, and update project timelines, workback schedules, and task trackers to ensure deadlines are met across internal teams, vendors, and client deliverables
Draft agendas, capture meeting recaps, and track action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and teams stay accountable to next steps
Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, and onsite materials management so that event assets arrive on time and are accounted for throughout the program lifecycle
Assist with vendor communication, production schedules, and logistics planning to ensure smooth collaboration across production partners
Support purchase orders, invoice management, vendor documentation, and budget tracking to maintain accurate financial records across programs
Assist with run-of-show logistics, onsite coordination, and vendor management during live events while serving as a point of contact for designated zones or production elements
Support venue sourcing, vendor research, and logistics discovery for new and existing programs while helping identify partners who can deliver high-quality production outcomes
Assist with proposal logistics, budget pulls, and presentation formatting for new business opportunities to ensure pitch materials are organized, accurate, and client-ready
Work closely with Directors, producers, and cross-functional teams to help translate strategic direction into organized execution plans that keep projects on track
Minimal Travel; <10%
Some evening/weekend work and travel required based on event schedules
What You'll Bring
Experience and Education:
3–5 years of agency or in-house brand experience in experiential or events
Exposure to live event planning, activations, or large-scale productions
Skills and Attributes:
