Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to ensure the highest possible satisfaction of users of LivaNova hardware (heart-lung machine Essenz and ATS) by providing rapid response to technical issues and delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
1st level support for LivaNova Essenz HLM (heart-lung machine) and ATS (autotransfusion device)
1st level support for LivaNova data management
Database customization, network integration (HL7), and third-party device integration for LivaNova HLM
Timely preparation of service reports
Compliance with LivaNova guidelines
Independent planning and execution of incoming customer assignments
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Completed technical education, e.g., in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or biomedical engineering
Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken
Knowledge of hospital IT systems
Advanced knowledge of Windows and networking technologies
Ability to work independently
Customer-oriented approach
Commitment and flexibility
Valid driver’s license (Class B)
High willingness to travel (75%)
