As a Financial Advisor Trainee, you will work within a structured mentorship program to learn how to help individuals and families implement practical financial protection and retirement strategies.
No prior financial experience is required. Training, licensing guidance, and ongoing support are provided.

What You’ll Do
Learn foundational financial planning concepts through mentorship and virtual training
Assist clients with protection-based and retirement planning strategies
Participate in ongoing professional development and team training
Connect with potential clients through warm outreach, referrals, and marketing systems
Track personal production and growth goals
Optional pathway to develop and mentor a team as you advance
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Coachable with a willingness to learn new concepts
Interest in leadership, entrepreneurship, or long-term career growth
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
Backgrounds in sales, education, healthcare, banking, customer service, hospitality, and business often transition well — but all backgrounds are welcome.
Licensing & Training
A state Life Insurance License is required for client-facing activities.
If you do not currently hold a license, we provide guidance and support to help you obtain one.
Structured onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing training are provided.
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity with no hourly wage or base salary.
Income varies based on personal production, client activity, and optional team development.
Typical income ranges:
Part-time: $20,000 – $50,000+ annually
Full-time: $70,000 – $140,000+ annually
Additional bonuses and leadership compensation are available as advancement occurs.
