Fractional Vice President Of Inside Sales

This is a remote position, but for US-based candidates only. We are hiring a Fractional VP of Inside Sales for our client. As a Fractional VP of Inside Sales, you will work closely with executive leadership to assess current sales performance, identify gaps, and implement a structured, data-driven approach to pipeline generation and revenue growth. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on both strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities • Evaluate and optimize the current inside sales strategy, structure, and processes • Build and implement a scalable sales framework to improve the pipeline and conversion • Lead, mentor, and support inside sales teams (BDRs, SDRs, AEs) • Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting models • Improve lead generation, qualification, and deal velocity • Partner with Marketing to align demand generation and sales execution • Provide ongoing performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership Ideal Candidate Profile • Proven experience as a VP or Director of Inside Sales in high-growth environments • Demonstrated success in building and scaling inside sales teams and revenue systems • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action • Experience working in fractional, consulting, or advisory roles is a plus • Ability to quickly assess challenges and implement practical, results-driven solutions • Excellent leadership and communication skills Engagement Details • Type: Fractional/Contract • Location: Remote • Hours: Flexible • Duration: Ongoing or project-based
