• Handle inboxes, calendars, and schedules with attention to detail
• Prepare and manage documents, reports, and CRM updates
• Communicate confidently and professionally via phone, email, and chat

What We’re Looking For:

• Spanish or Portuguese
• 2+ years
of experience in customer service or front-office roles

Microsoft Office, CRMs

• Reliable
home office setup
with stable internet and good tech
